Yes. Jasper House is offered furnished only, with a kitchen setup, furnished bedrooms and full-size laundry.
What lease length is available?
Six-month minimum, with a preference for six to twelve months. Ask the manager for the term available for your dates.
What is the monthly rate and what does it include?
The current public site advertises $3,800 per month including utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, basic supplies and pest control. The next available asking rate and exact terms have not been announced. Confirm them with the manager.
Are pets welcome?
The existing listing describes up to two dogs or cats with a $200 per-stay pet fee. Confirm the applicable terms for your stay. Qualifying assistance animals are handled separately and are not subject to pet fees.
What parking and outdoor space is there?
A private driveway, fenced yard and covered outdoor seating. The current site also describes a pergola, fire pit, Weber grill, beach chairs and towels. Confirm current inventory and parking arrangements with the manager.
Can I work from home?
